Ten days in the field.
Volunteers join 10-day cycles at Base Marítima Seca. You won't be a tourist — you'll be assigned to a track, a crew, and a daily protocol. Bring real presence and you'll leave with hands-on regenerative skills.
Restoration crew
Polyculture planting, native saplings, erosion control. Physical, outdoor, dawn-to-mid-afternoon.
Monitoring & data
Species transects, water quality, soil sampling. For applicants with ecology/biology backgrounds.
Community / agroecology
Support women-led clusters and youth rotations. Conversational Spanish strongly preferred.
Marine debris & coast
Coastal recovery integrated with reef and estuary monitoring. Boat-comfortable and physically able.
